Made with the best, selected hand harvested grapes, the wine has a rich and complex, spicy nose with hints of prunes.

In the mouth it is full, with the second fermentation partially done "sur Lies" and a short time in barrels for a full, lively red wine with strawberry jams, prunes and a long finish.
