Sidereus, Abraxas

A blend of Nero d’Avola and Cabernet Franc, very rarely found on these latitudes, aged for about twelve months in small French oak barrels before more bottle ageing, produce a very interesting wine.

The result is a wine that takes the best of both grapes, with a complex nose with layers of fruit, followed by spices due to the oak ageing, with an elegant, lively palate with a very long aftertaste.
