Ribo' IGA Craft Beer, Gjulia

Ribo' is a IGA, Italian grape ale, another top fermented pale beer from our favourite brewery, this time with the addition of the must of Ribolla Gialla, a native Friulian white grape variety, hence the IGA classification.

With an intense golden-yellow colour, this craft beer offers scents of wild flowers and mineral notes to the nose and on the palate this pale ale shows the Ribolla Gialla characteristics. It is a perfect beer to drink on its own or together with appetisers and pizzas.

This craft beer like all others from Gjulia Brewery, it uses own produced malt and it is secondarily fermented and aged in bottle, non filtered or pasteurized, therefore presents natural sediments.
