Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, Collina San Ponzio

The Nebbiolo is the grape behind some of the most important red wines from Piedmont, from Barolo to Barbaresco, but it is also a wine. Nebbiolo is grown almost everywhere in Piedmont so is the wine widely available. The Nebbiolo from our friends at Collina San Ponzio comes from vineyards planted in the town or Barolo and has a beautiful nose with floral hints and in palate is full, with an evident tannin that soften with the years.
