Monferrato Rosso, I Moncalvi

A fantastic wine, complex but still approachable, very versatile, where the fruit and acidity of the dolcetto perfectly complement the barbera grape grown in the Monferrato Area, hence the Monferrato Rosso DOC appellation. Spicy and fruity on the nose, smooth with soft tannins, perfect for stew or to pair a rich pasta dish.
