Franciacorta is not the only Italian classic method sparkling wine, there are plenty, all over the country, however Franciacorta DOCG and Trento DOC are the only two appellations.

The fantastic Franciacorta Saten from La Romantica, made only from Chardonnay grapes left on its lees for 24 months, is an elegant, delicate, Italian sparkling wine. Saten indicates that the wine is softer and has a lower bottle pressure.

Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany shellfish or grilled vegetables, this Franciacorta Saten has a fine perlage and an elegant floral nose.
